Monday, July 12th, 2010Fashion Resolutions for 2010!
Sunday, January 17th, 2010Number One — Always wear jeans that fit, never too tight and never too baggy. Make sure that the legs fall straight and don’t cling to your upper thigh bulges or show the camel! Waist should be at the hips and not cinch creating the muffin top.
Number Two– Discover your color red. Everyone has their own flattering shade. This is the color you wear when you want to attract.
Number Three — Tie your look together with jewelry. Plan ahead, lay it out and choose the look that is best for the total balanced look. Then try it on and see if your face pops.
Number Four — Always be comfortable in your clothing. This impacts how you look, feel and act. If you are not comfortable and are tugging at your clothing, you will not be at your best. Bamboo clothing is soft, silky and comfortable!

New Products at Amazing Tee’s
Saturday, June 27th, 2009I am very excited to add Alo brand bamboo tops to my website. There are four ladies tees with a wonderful range of colors and styles. These are 70% bamboo and 30% cotton. I have been wearing them and testing them for the last week and just love ‘em!! I also added a men’s classic t-shirt that comes in black, white, navy, slate and steel blue. It is also 70% bamboo and 30% cotton, but it has a lighter feel than my Amazing Tee’s brand. I would describe the Amazing Tee’s brand as more “cushiony” and plush. But the Alo brand is very soft as well! Check them out!
Border Fence Affect on Wildlife
Sunday, March 15th, 2009Check out today’s Arizona Daily Star for an article about the affect of the border fence on wildlife. There is a depressing picture of a Javelina family turning back from the fence. I hope they weren’t separated from their pack! I’ve mentioned in earlier posts my concern about the border fence’s impact, especially on the jaguar. Defenders of Wildlife has been pointing out this issue for awhile. In particular, they say that the concerns “include fragmentation of habitat; increase of wildlife disturbance by motorized vehicles that now have more access; and severing of migration and dispersal corridors for animals such as the jaguar, ocelot, black bear, cougar and coatimundi, all species that require large amounts of habitat.”
