FUNdraising with Amazing Tee’s!
Thank you for your interest in our unique and innovative fund raising programs. We have designed FUNdraising with Amazing Tees to meet YOUR needs, whether we provide the full program and materials or whether you just want our philanthropy discount and to handle everything yourself.
Summary of Full Program:
Everyone wins!
- Your school or organization will raise necessary funds for important projects;
- Your students/volunteers participate and see direct results from their efforts; and
- Amazing Tees does all of the work! Amazing Tees supplies all materials, such as order forms for each student/volunteer, motivational prizes, and the orientation and training in which all steps are clearly laid out.
Time Frame:
The program from start to finish is 2 to 3 weeks:
- Week One, Monday, Orientation, training and order forms distributed to each student/volunteer. Sales start immediately.
- Week Two and Three, Monday, Reminders to make sales and students/volunteers start turning in order forms and collected money.
- Last Day, order forms picked up from school/organization by Amazing Tees and processed.
- Ordered items are delivered to school/organization on agreed upon date.
- Each student/volunteer receives his/her bag of items to be personally distributed to buyers.
Revenue:
It’s very simple, the school/organization receives funds representing $5 for each t-shirt or other item sold. Funds will be delivered at the same time the ordered items are delivered to the school.
Projection:
Assuming each student/volunteer sells an average of 5 shirts (some will sell many more and some will sell only 1) and assuming 400 students/volunteers participating, the revenue will be $10,000. While these are reasonable assumptions, the success of the fund raising rests on the enthusiasm and diligence of the participants.
